PARK AVE HOME STAGING & REDESIGN, LLC
Transforming houses into homes!
Today’s home buyers are looking for…
Style, Sophistication, and Simplicity
***
Park Ave Home Staging & Redesign, provides the 3 S’s of design with creative and cost conscious staging concepts.
- Style – With the popularity of design shows on TV and in magazines, buyers expect stylish, move in ready homes. Buyers recognize the value of their time and money to not have to address repairs or updates, and also the added expense that goes along with them.
- Sophistication – Sharon provides design with sophistication and a feeling of home. She does not settle for a “cookie cutter” look. Since home buyers shop with logic, but buy on emotion, your listing must stand out from competing homes on the market, and that includes higher priced homes and new construction homes.
- Simplicity – Park Ave Home Staging & Redesign will simplify the process of preparing for, and making your listing easier to keep “show ready”. Home staging will also give you a head start on simplifying the eventual move. “Good design will simplify your life so you can live your life”, says Sharon.

Investing in home staging before listing your home, will garner the highest price possible on the investment that will give you the highest return.

Found out your blog via google the other day and absolutely like it. Keep up this fantastic work.
Willian, Thanks for your kind words. Good design = better living; whether you are selling your home, wanting a home that is your refuge, or knowing that someone cares when your family needs a temporary home.
I’m gonna show your website to my sports nut hubby and son.
Thanks,
Sharon
This is a wonderful post and may be one that needs to be followed up to see what are the results
A good friend mailed this link the other day and I will be eagerly looking your next page. Keep on on the the best work.
Dean,
Lots of good stuff to follow as soon as I recover from a nasty summer cold. When you love what you do, and you do it with the best intentions, only good can come from it.
Thanks,
Sharon
Uncovered your website via bing the other day and absolutely enjoy it. Carry on the truly great work.
Lynn, Thanks for the compliment. We strive for excellence. I’m here to answer any design/decorating questions.
Ready to help, just ask.
My name is Jennie Michalak. I wanted to speak to someone about a career in Home Staging. I will be graduating in the end of January 2011 with an Associates Degree in Marketing Management. I have thought about the possibility of starting a career within home staging and wanted to get some advice from someone who was in the field and had experience doing it. I don’t have any professional experience but I do enjoy home staging in my own house and I help my fiends and family with their homes as well. If you would like I could send my resume over if a career opportunity with your company becomes available. I thank you for any information that you could give me.
Jennie, Congratulations on your career choice. Helping home sellers simplify the selling process is very rewarding.
Since decorating comes natural to you, and with your marketing degree, you should do fine. Today’s entrepreneurs spend 80% of their time marketing their business and, 20% doing their business. Good luck with your future endeavors!
Great post, you provide very valuable information here that many will benefit from.
Thanks. It is great to see a real estate agency that understands the value that home staging provides. Your web site also provides excellent information for buyers and sellers. Anna Maria, Florida looks like an ideal place to live or vacation.

Hi there fellow blogger! I’m a newbie to the blogosphere but I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your blog here about home staging how to, it kept me reading all the way to the end… And then I went and searched for some more posts after that.
Keep up the good work, I’m always looking to learn more about Real Estate Staging, especially.
Blogging is a great way to communicate and get to know each other. Check out the new before and after photos.
This is an excellent post and may be one that should be followed up to see how things go
A pal mailed this link the other day and I will be eagerly waiting your next blog post. Keep on on the first rate work.
Thank you to you and your pal. My grandfather always said, “If you don’t do it right, don’t do it at all.”
Interesting article and one which should be more widely known about in my view. Your level of detail is good and the clarity of writing is excellent. I have bookmarked it for you so that others will be able to see what you have to say.
Erasmo, Good design is “all about the details”. The #1 rule in design is “form follows function”. A good designer is a good listener; one who clearly understands how the room needs to function for each client.
Great post on home business expense log! I really enjoyed reading it, and my own site is about Legitimate Home Based Businesses so I’m not just saying so lightly. Keep up the good work!
When you do what you love, it doesn’t feel like work. I encourage my clients to have fun and enjoy the process. This way they can learn “why” I choose a particular item, color, etc. to give them confidence in their design choices in the future.
Great post, I love this site as it provides so much good information.
One of my goals is to provide information to home sellers and real estate agents as to the importance of staging. A home staging consultation will provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions on how to get the best return on their investment.
I’d like to say that you always offer valid information and I have been an fascinated reader of your site for quite some time. I wanted to say thankyou really
for all the good work you do!
It is very satisfying to help people feel comfortable in their home. And for those that were homeless, a welcoming shelter apartment shows clients that someone cares and helps to build their self esteem as they rebuild their lives.
Your website is great! This post really caught my eye when I was searching around. Thanks for sharing it.
i am normally scurrying on the online world the majority of the working day so I have a tendency to peruse a ton, which is not normally a good matter as many of the blogs I view are made up of worthless garbage copied from many other sites a thousand times, nevertheless I have to compliment you because this website is in truth enjoyable and even has some original substance, for that reason cheers for breaking up the phenomena of solely replicating other individual’s blogs and forums
We must be authentic to be true to ourselves and our values, to earn respect and trust.
You certainly deserve a round of applause for your post and more specifically, your blog in general. Very high quality material
Live a quality life and get a life of quality.
